Case study – Attic Conversion
This is an attic conversion we’ve recently finished. Having seen an attic conversion we had done in their area and following an initial discussion, the client decided on an en-suite bathroom, wall-to-wall wardrobes on the back wall and re-fit of the existing stairs to match the new stairs. For a rich bright finish we supplied a pine floor, which was finished with a clear varnish and pine tongue and groove paneled ceiling. The wardrobes are a walnut, modern slab-style door with chrome bow handles. The en-suite is discreetly hidden behind a matching row of wardrobe doors and a small window casts bright sunlight down the new stairwell. The job took 4 weeks to complete including all trades – plumbing, plastering, the electrical work and full re-decorating. The clients are over the moon with their luxurious new room.
